Aldi, Trader Joe's, a real supermarket. Not a boutique. You need tofu and trash bags, not a candle.

The 12-minute cart

  1. Tofu or tempeh
  2. Bread or tortillas
  3. Fruit that can take a punch
  4. Greens if they will be eaten today
  5. Salsa, hot sauce, oats
  6. Plant milk
  7. Trash bags, wet wipes, paper towels

If it is not on this list it is a souvenir.

Ice and the cooler lie
